Most useless bank in S.A

Firstly ******* stole money out of my acciunt, absa says they cannot refund & today I tried going online, says account is locked, so I called them & the idiots say my account is fica lock, like *** why didn't anyone call me or send an sms, so I couldn't fill petrol or withdraw cash & tomorrow I cannot go work because I cannot use my card, I sent my fica documents through at 13:30 till now nothing has been done ***, don't waste your time with absa.
