Most useless bank

Today on the 16 /07/2021 I have called into telephone bank *** called in 5 time for 20 mins then I got cut after every call, ended up calling telephone banking also holder for 15mins, please if you no longer want to work close your doors, because other banks are open but because you have so much money your branches are closed
