Most useless bank

Firstly, I withdrew twice x 550, no money came out of the machine but I was deducted R1100, they can see I used a FNB a few minutes later, no response from dispute, then someone charged R563, I asked to be reversed, nothing done, I am busy with funeral arrangements but they don't care. Useless bank ever.
