Most Unprofessional FSP

The first proposal I received from ABSA was almost double what I would've been paying. Several proposals later, which were all the same by the way, now the installment is almost triple what I would've been paying normally. How is anyone expected to get their rights under the NCA when FSP's like ABSA are intent on making things far worse for you? And they're not even my biggest creditor, they're the 3rd least.

ABSA's response is completely pathetic. Based on your response, unlike all the other credit providers in this NCA process whom comp**** immediately with NCA processes, instead ABSA takes the position of a **** 'FSP', using ************ tactics and non-compliance and delaying tactics (example, ignoring the NCA process and directives as well as the 17.3) as well as delaying and ignoring tactics and threaten with arrears. ABSA has a reputation amongst customers for being hostile, from the people that I've spoken with. I will never ever do business with ABSA again and will recommend to anyone that I can not to do so. It looks like the lawyers will have to sort this out.
