MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BANK EVER

A little while ago I tried to log onto my internet banking, it kept on giving me an error message of incorrect credentials entered. I could not understand why as I entered the correct details, I then tried to log on via the app on my phone only to get the same result. I then decided to phone the ABSA call centre, apparently I am owing R298 in internet banking charges so my internet banking has been suspended. What a load of **** and what an unprofessional way to conduct such a service, the last time I received an update from ABSa was on friday the 04th of august via sms reflecting money in my account. Other than that I was not informed in any way of this, I fail to see how I can be charged R298 when I only use my internet banking at the most 3 times a month, today is the 10th of august. why did they not inform me of this at the end of July or beginning of August. Now they expect me to phsyically deposit money into the account in order to use my internet banking service again. Someone has transferred money into my account this morning, what happens to that? This is highly inconvenient and utter nonsense. This is not how you conduct a service. As it is ABSA is forever finding a way to increase banking charges and this is just another excuse to ****** money from valuable clients. I have been a client of Absa for more than 10 years and this is the first time I hear of this load of bull.
