Most Terrible Service I have ever received ABSA Building Insurance

<p>My house and bond and insurance are both from ABSA.</p> <p>I didn't bother them for the last 4 yrs only some glass brokage cases.</p> <p>Now the roof started leaking, I informed them before the storm hit Cape Town. They send someone on Tue 6th June. No feedback till 8th. On 8th June I followed up. They mentioned from the call center they got the report of inspection and someone will contact me shortly. No one did and I phoned back in the afternon.</p> <p>Still the same remark...someone will contact me.</p> <p>I am waiting from then. The whole day its raining in Cape Town today...10th June and I am enjoying my weekend carrying bucket of water from my living room to garden.</p> <p>THANK YOU ABSA INSURANCE. </p> <p>I AM AWARING EVERYONE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE TAKING A BUILDING INSURANCE FROM ABSA.</p>
