Most Superlative Service to date

Good day,<br> I would like to bring to your attention the Most Superlative Service I have recieved from one of your employees (Thokozile). My first encounter with her was @ PicknPay (July) where she intervened after they had been rejecting my Platinum cheque card for a transaction far less than my available balance, she introduced herself as an ABSA employee and gave them a solution which worked. That to me was a brilliant service to come from a total stranger who is a true ambassador, who went out of her way to raise the ABSA flag so high on Sunday afternoon. <br> I reluctantly took her business card when she offered it to me, now in September I app**** for a loan on line, 48hours later I did not get any responses. Which led me to giving her a call to check if she could assist, and this she gladly did, not only did she get my loan approved but also negotiated a good interest rate on my behalf.<br> Today when I arrived at her branch I was given a reception befitting royalties only, and she introduced me to the management and her colleagues I felt real special. <br> With this said I would like to extend my most humble gratitude to Thoko, &keep up the great work you are doing, you are an ASSET.
