MOST PATHETIC, WORST SERVICE EVER

We are the body Corporate that has an account with ABSA, we are trying so many times to get our money from ABSA, we sent email, one member even went in person and spoke to the gentleman name Heindrich.Havenga, who told him that there is nothing he can do as the account has been assigned to someone who is not interested in assisting us. We even sent emails to head office to complain, but no body care to help us with our account. We gave them every document they requested, but still, we do not have access to our money. We told Heindrich that we need to pay creditors. they just do not care.
