MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!!!

Absa is likely the worst bank ever.

1. I withdrew funds from my forex account on 26 November 2020 and I still don’t have them. Even after communicating with the bank and submitting ARN numbers for them to trace the payment, the money has still not been paid. Instead, they keep bouncing me around from department to department instead of communicating amongst themselves and solving this issue. The worst part is that I didn’t even get a notification or any kind of explanation for why my funds are withheld. I’m the one who has to spend time and money chasing after ABSA. These people are really pathetic. Not to Mention I’m paying over R500 a month for this dysfunctional account. I intend to move all my business to another bank the minute they pay me my money. This is beyond stupid.
