Most pathetic Bank on earth

<p>All what I want is simple anual statement of my personal loan . I should not even have to ask for it . Go into the bank , the cant help .</p> <p>As a Platinum Customer , my personal banker also struggles .</p> <p>Try to phone the Callcenter , being transfered to different people that I can hardly hear . What a pathectic service . For what do I pay service fees ?</p> <p>The Personal loan is not linked to my Internet banking . Why ?</p> <p>The monthly statement doesnt reflect intrest paid . I thought the consumer Protection act says it must .</p> <p>I simply need an annual statement . Nothing else .</p> <p> </p>
