Most Pathetic bank EVER

I don't know how much more pathetic a bank can be. A long time ago i asked them to close my credit card and Cheque Account, due to it going in the minus. I got SMS after SMS saying "has an unauthorised overdrawn debit ballance," while they are the ones that made it happen. After long struggles, they finally closed it. then for some odd reason i cannot log into my account at all. I still have other accounts there, after emailing them again and again for help, but no one responds. I take it everyone was fired or something ... Hopefully, there is still someone working there who can read and respond to me so I can get some information.
