Most pathetic Absa Business bank for finance

Most Pathetic service ,from Absa Business Charl cornelissen ,as an Absa client for the past 50 years since Volkskas and a golden dealer , you do not expect a bank to take 3 months to approve such clients with a yearly profit that is doubling each and every year, for the past month he promise tomorrow, but we are still waiting ,all proof on whatsapp messages, totally pathetic. We were promised by mid December on email .How can a bank in these days work be this pathetic towards customer service ,after begging for business we said we will give them a property to finance ,but what a mistake.
