Most Fantastic Service

Hi ABSA<br> <br> I just want to say that I received the most fantastic service from Dumisani Jiyana and Selina Kwenda at the Rivonia ABSA branch today. <br> <br> I left your bank 3 years ago due to poor service. I arrived at ABSA Rivonia at 3:15 pm today to open a savings account so I can manage my access bonds and wow did I receive fantastic service. They managed to open my accounts, move my bond debit orders and setup internet banking. Nothing was too much effort, even though they ended up helping me until about 16:15pm.<br> <br> I must say that I was so impressed with your Rivonia branch. I almost felt like I had come home. I banked with you for 13 years, having opened my first account in high school. I left three years ago to FNB and I could have kicked myself today as ABSA has always been there for me with the best interest rates on bonds and the above staff treated me like GOLD today - FNB would never have been able to match this service. <br> <br> The years of experience they have shows. ABSA - I will return my business to you! You will be my bank for life :)<br> <br> Thank you again.
