Most excellent Service award

On 9 May I was involved in an accident, my vehicle was towed away to a yard instructed by the tow truck driver. Two days later my insurer took it upon themselves to tow it to another yard without my consent or letting me know of it. Today is the 2nd June I still don't know where my vehicle is or what's happening, besides for an investigation that was done and I only know of this cause of a call I received on 18 May.
