App**** for a homeloan ( ********** 3380) on the 19 March, today is the 27th and no response from the sales consultant Loren Ndeza. How can a week go by with no response? Does Absa not want to provide more homeloans?

Even if there was a problem with the application, i expect a response, but nothing.

I was considering moving from my current bank to you guys (also my wife), but with this type of service, absolutely not.

Please dont bother to escalate my application now as i have already accepted another offer. Please decline my application and dont ever bother to market your products to me.
