Mortgage Bond

I have called ABSA ***<br> I have emailed by personal broker who has referred to another employee to call me - has never called in until today<br> I have been trying to get life insurance over my property for years and ABSA just ignores my calls and emails<br> <br> Surely when one take out a mortgage bond ABSA should take cover over the individual - I took my mortage bond in 2007 we are now in 2015 and I still don't have this facility in place
