More than one week after making a claim and no one contacts me

It's been more than one week after making a claim from the day of the storm and no one is contacting me from ABSA Insurance, the service is pathetic i wish if there was a better word and on the 16th of October i complained here on Hello Peter and they said they are going to investigate and up to now they are not contacting me, what is the point of paying them monthly when at the time of need they are simply not there to help, i feel like am being ******
