More ABSA ghosting

It's been 5 days since i got an apology email from ABSA promising to investigate my case and no one has been in touch. I am 3 days away from settling my student load account and my liaison Dianne has disappeared. Im terrified i've been ****med, please get in touch! On the phone! i need to speak to a human! My nerves are shot! Cant you guys understand IM TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY!
