Monthly service fee discount in honoured

I guess this is going to be a story of my life. Every month I must complain about ABSA.<br> <br> Last month (July 2015) I did not receive the 10% discount on my monthly service fee when my balance was more than R10,000.<br> <br> This month (August 2015) I did not receive the 30% discount on my monthly service fee when my balance was more than R30,000.<br> <br> What I am getting from ABSA is a very bad service to say the least and this after I have been banking with bank since 1993 (Trust Bank).<br> <br> If this is how you treat long standing clients, I shudder to think how new one are treated.<br> <br> Very disappointed client<br> <br> Victor Nonyane
