Funds taken from my flexi reserve not showing on statement

1stly ABSA refused my access to my flexi-reserve. Then went to change their wording on their website after my complaint.

I have been paying in excess, and had +R30,000.00 which has now depleted as it was used to cover the months I could not pay.

So I used all the flexi-reserve to pay my for my installment.

However all these months where I used flexi reserve are showing as nil on my statement, as if I did not pay at all. When I called to query this Ref C-***8, I am advised that even if I paid monthly installment using my flexi-reserve I still did not pay, so this is the reason the balance kept on increasing instead of decreasing slightly.

I need a correct balance.
