MONTHLY FEES & BALANCE ALERT

I left my bank and moved over to absa in December. When I opened my cheque acc, the consultant still told me I’ll get smses for transactions for R100 and over.. to this day I have never received one. Your app is so limited you don’t even have a place where you can look at this features. Come on absa, there is so much more you could offer to clients. Also, what other fees are being charged on my acc? I mean over and above the normal acc fees. Hidden costs? Tempted to find another bank with service and better rates.
