Monthly debit interest

the is a debit interest on a monthly basis on my account which can't be explained, i have gone to the bank few times to get clarity on this debit interest and i am not getting clarity as to what is it for can this be explained.... i need a clear explanation because the explanation from the bank doesn't make any sense at all or i will move to another bank and the amount keeps changing every month.
