Money/Funds disappearing without any track

Worst decision I've ever made on banking with Absa. Every month I would be running out of funds and nothing would add up on how I'm loosing funds. The unfortunate part was that I could not even track the "missing money" as the statements I pulled only showed the transactions I made. I even queried at the nearest branch, still no track of my lost funds. Until I recently did an online booking for a holiday and I got a notification of the deduction, 2 days later the same amount was deducted from my account and fortunately this time around I got an sms to notify me about the transaction. I thought I've been hacked, until I called the customer care line and the consultant apologized saying it was just meant to be a clearance and it was a big mistake from their side. Fast forward, it all made sense now on how my funds have been disappearing and not trackable. I had to immediately switch to another bank before being crippled. I'm really ANGRY and UNHAPPY. In actual fact, that bank must pay back all my lost funds :(
