Money transferred into a block account but ABSA bank cannot reverse back the funds.

My aunt mistakenly transferred funds into a blocked bank account number and went to the branch to somehow get it all fixed up and the branch manager even stated that they won’t be able to help. My aunt needed this money and is so distort at this point. She just need her money back into her account.
