money transferred from my company acccount to RCCS

i found r 3490 transferred from my company account to RCCS BOS *** ,nobody knows who this is and i found hundreds of similar complaints ,absa says it haopens and i must come in and have it reversed ,who has the authoroty to manage my company account and play with the livelyhood of all my employees who i cant pay and accounts because money disappears from accounts , i have had this company account for 10 years with absa but i am seriously considering going to Standard bank where this is not an eccepted practise
