Money transfered to capitec not reflecting.

I have sent money to my capitec account on the 18th of November...the money is still not reflecting in my capitec account. I've been going into the branch for assistance since then with no luck. As soon as I receive my money I will close my account at absa and continue to bank with capitec.i will never recommend asba to anyone because when it comes to digital banking they don't take responsibility.
