money taken without refund or the product

very disappointed as absa took my money yet i did not receive the voucher i bought , its gone 3 weeks with no answer to give me they did not make one call to update me im still waiting for my money to be refunded to me yet the same time bank charges was taken yet i am banking with them for years they don't appreciate there clients
