Money taken out of Account

An amount of R637.90 was deducted from my bank account in error 7/11/14 - I am on debt review which has been registered for a long time but now Absa Loans deducted this money and NO ONE seems to be able to tell met whether the money was taken off my loan amount or what happened to this money.<br> <br> seeing as you received your monthly debt review amount as agreed, I want a refund on this money or at least someone to call me with an update.<br> <br> I've been promised a call back from a supervisor or manager on more than 4 occasions and guess what? Never happened - no wonder clients become frustrated and rude on the phone.<br> It seems not one person in the office knows how to actually use the computer.
