Money taken off my account with NO PERMISSION
I log on to my internet banking to find that R1100 was taken off my account by ABSA Vehicle Finance for insurance... WELL I HAVE INSURANCE... the call Centre tells me they need confirmation I have insurance, well I DO! Happy to prove it but how do you just debit someone's account? especially with no good reason, I have insurance, how do you just assume I don't! As soon as I get y refund I am taking my business elsewhere
