MONEY TAKEN EVEN AFTER THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED

I am very unhappy at the moment, on the 30th of December I went to the branch in Eyethu Mall to withdraw from Target Save and that was after I clearly mentioned to some lady in Evaton Branch that the last debit order should be on the 26th of November 2015. So the guy from Eyethu Mall assured me there wont be taking the money anymore and he can see on the system that it was stopped. On the 18th of January I went to the branch in Alex to close the account and the lady confirmed that it was closed. Today I see that you have taken R1200 again after I stopped all this. Are you forcing me to save through this account? Not that I owe you guys an explanation but the reason why I stopped the debit order and closed the account was because I need to use that money for something else and now you are inconveniencing me. I bet when I go to query this I will be told to give a notice or I will be charged to get my money and I'm not willing to accept that. Can I have my money back to where you took if from and please make sure this doesn't happen again. To show that this account was closed when log on online backing to check the money doesn't even reflect on the Target Save balance.
