Money taken by RCCS BOSS JHB (ABSA)

I would like for someone in ABSA to give me a call and get this matter sorted. My account was debited an amount of R9400 by RCCS BOSS JHB. Where did they get consent to do that and who are they?

Please sort this out as my account is now sitting on a deficit which affects my credit scoring.
