<p>I wanted to pay City of Tshwane from my capitec account. I logged into my Absa account to retrieve the account number. As as preset beneficiary I got the following number : ********** 424, City of Tshwane.</p> <p>I have made 3 payments into this account, and after months I went to see City of Tshwane and they assured me that this account number doesn't belong to them. I went to see Capitec and asked them to recall the money from Absa. Abssa however does not want to return the money. </p> <p>I expect ABSA to grant authorization to capitec to retrieve the money ASAP.</p> <p>If this is a **** ABSA should know about this and pay bank my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please resolve the matter as soon as possible.</p> <p> ********** - office hours</p> <p> ********** </p>
