Money still missing

On 19 Aug R65.00 was taken by ABSA from my cheque account. I queried this at a branch. They said they would look into it and contact me with an explanation. This has not happened. <br> <br> I queried this on Hello Peter last week. ABSA completely ignored it. <br> <br> I called their helpline this morning, only to be told that they could not help me and that I had to track down a Miss Buthelezi at ***, who is apparently responsible for taking my money. I have tried this number several times. It is never answered.<br> <br> What does a person have to do to get a response from ABSA and an explanation as to why they are taking money out of my bank account via journal entries, with no notification and no explanation?<br> <br> Is it really my job to go from branch to branch, and to make multiple phone calls? Or should ABSA be providing a service and instantly coming back to me with an explanation?
