Money on Hold and Conat Caed dept not reading and assisting

I have money on my credit card which is "unprocessed" - I tried paying my ETOL (SANRAL) using my credit card on 2 seperate days (13 and 14 Dec 2021). I had to go to SANRAL offices to pay the amount I owed them as ABSA was not paying the money over to SANRAL. I send email to the credit card dept with a print screen and then they would reply that it is not reflecting as "pending". They reply and say that there are no transcations for that day. May people read the emails correctly and assist me in resolving the issue?
