Money not safe with Absa

A total lack of interest in resolving your system technical glitches. People your money is not safe.

When the system glitches and Absa *****s/ lose your money, do not expect them to assist with any concern or specific time frame. Four months later and still no answers.

Have raised multiple queries online (C-***4) and in person (Mr Kerabo, Ms Bianca, Ms Jojo) and telephonically (maybe 10+ consultants).

Not a single employee cared enough to provide any official response to my request made in person and per mail.
