Money not reversed

I have swiped my ABSA Gold cheque card at a well known shop. it have been declined by them but wend through on my account on Sunday 24 december 2017. The clerk told me it will take about 12 hours for reversal. I know that 24 december was on sunday and that 25 and 26 are holidays so i have waited instead till 27 december and when it didn't reverse i went to ABSA bank near me on 28 december witch falls on a Thursday the lady took my details my decline slip from the shop and said they will contact me . i have wayted till late friday afternoon for them to contact me. They never did contact me so i phoned ABSA but the lady whom helped me were busy so i left my number that she would phone me back. The lady did not phone me back i phoned again and she was busy again i left my details again and she did not phone me, on Saturday morning 30 december i phoned ABSA again and they put me through to the lady. When i asked her what are going on why are my money still not reversed she say that it takes 48 hours turn around time for the head office to respond she ca not help me till tuesday 02 january 2018, This morning 02/01/18 there was a debit order that bounced due to no funds in my account . I Phoned Absa aain and ask to speak with the lady. I got a hold of her and explained that my debit orders are bouncing i need that money reversed and who are going to pay for my banking fees of a bounced debit order. The lady said it is not absa's fault that the money are not reversed yet. Now i want to know are this fair towards your clients paying for something that they did not do wrong ? The amount that are not reversed are R802.00 , can someone please give me a answer what to do should i rather take legal action or what ?
