Money not correctly allocated to right account

I wanted to deposit money into my bond account and I called in and the consultant told me to deposit into absa account and put my bond account as Reference, which I did, but few days later they say the money is not appearing, only to find that I have deposited into vehicle finance but non of them could pick that up on my proof of payment, but they keep on saying it's not appearing on my bond account. My worry is no one can pick up that the account is not for home loan but for Vehicle which they have to take it up with that department to allocate the money into the right account, but what they do they take me from pillar to post
