MONEY MISSING FROM MY ACCOUNT

Good day.

Absa is taking my money the pas two months i dont draw allot of money but i still get charge an service fee as well i locked an complaint of google play store deductions the past two month that I have not approved as well as an Ssd cash withdrawal but i dont woth 100 at a time, i want to close my account as this is relating in money beging ****** from my account and went to the branch and they cant even assist me this is really bad and i dont want to close my account and no can can give me an refund
