Money making scheme.

I sent a request for debit order reversal on 09 August 2022, even today no response or any action done. I had to send another email today for the same debit order. I wonder if Absa will ever get back to normal because this system of debit order reversal is frustrating and charging more money than reversing on the app. I am starting to believe they doing this just to make more money. The Covid era is long gone yet at Absa we still stuck with this frustrating annoying system for debit order reversal.
