Money lost in simple inter account transfer

Absa, can you please sort this out asap. Your online banking system managed to loose my inter account transfer, yes inter account transfer on my own accounts, not even a transfer to a different bank or another absa client. I've spoken to 5 of your departments and they all can see its missing but no one can tell me where it is or what happened!! How about that, a bank that does not even know where money went in an internal transfer in their own bank. That is extremely worrying and I would suggest you do an audit on your online banking system and its workings, its 2021!! This is not supposed to happen at all at a financial institution. I dont think I trust you with my money anymore, depending on how quickly this is resolved I will decide if I stay with you or close accounts and move to a different bank.
