Money lost

<p>My wife's grandmother left her money that she should have gotten when she turned 25...</p> <p>We have been battling for 3 months now and all we get out of them is</p> <p>The trust account was opened in her and her brother's name...</p> <p>There was a check issued for them...</p> <p>But there is no money in the trust...</p> <p>And no one can give us an answer as to where the money is...</p> <p>we have lodge complaints with absa complaint department and still no joy...</p> <p>It's like the money just disappeared...And if we phone the relevant parties now all we get is we are working on it...since December that is what we have been getting from them....</p> <p>I will net let absa handle any WILL or trust them with any money...</p> <p>If they can lose R20000 without a trace how much more have gotten "lost" and to whose pocket is it going????</p>
