MONEY ******* TAKEN

I had money taken out of my vigin credit card. I called the bank and was told to log a dispute and cancel my card. This was done. The bank came back and said I gave the company instruction to do this (I never gave any instruction to any company) and had to cancel the instruction. How do you cancel an instruction that you never gave???? This is an ******* transaction and the bank tells you its your problem. Disgusting.<br>
