Money held back at ATM

On the 28th of May 2015, I attempted to draw money from an ABSA ATM in Benoni. I requested R600 and received R500, the last note was stuck in the machine and the machine shut down. I took photos of the ATM, made a note of the ATM number and a photo of the last screen. I contacted ABSA and was passed from pillar to post with no resolution, I then contacted Nedbank, with whom I bank and logged a complaint. To date, no feedback, no refund, no email no calls. Just another great reason not to bank with ABSA. I think I got of cheaply.....how many other people are theuy *****ing from?
