Money Grabbing Absa

Absa greedy for money again. I earn very little and I have committed to paying what I owe absa. On a monthly basis I pay just over R1000 into my Transact. Account (or so I thought it was). I literally then transfer these funds to the credit card and loan I owe on after Absa fired me for not meeting exhorbatent targets. They had previously changed my account to a Flexi Account even though I was meeting the criteria to hold a Transact Account. I then went to a branch to complain and they changed it back to the Transact Account. Today I logged into the app to view a statement and noted that since May or even before that (can only view that far back) they have once again changed my account back to a Flexi Account. I have had endless problems with ABSA like they are purposefully making my life difficult. As if dismissing me wasn't enough for them. They've also handed my Personal Loan over to MBD and couldn't even supply the correct contact details for them. Number and email address don't exist. REALLY PATHETIC. African Banks service is amazing compared to Absa. They actually treat you like an individual and not a number. I request a refund of all the incorrect fees charged and the account be changed back to a Transact account. Please also provide me with all the statements (for free) from the date you changed it back to a Flexi Account as I want to also calculate what is owing back to me.
