Money for claim to be paid back

<p>Good day.</p> <p>I have my homeloans with ABSA, and the home insurance is with them as well.</p> <p>I have had a pipe that burst, and registered the claim with them. I got a plumber out to sort out the problem, as their plumber could only come out in 2 days. A claim was submitted (claim ********** ) and Absa indicated that they need to pay the money out to me. I have asked them numerous times to send me the required form, but have not received it yet in my email address (which they confirmed were correct). Please can we settle this matter, as I do require that claim to be paid out</p>
