Money disappearing out of my account!

R5000 was missing in my account, call centre agent advised that my overdraft facility was settled and that I need to reapply for a new overdraft if I need to. To my shock, I am in overdraft again but I was told that I no longer have a overdraft facility. So what happened to my 5k and who gave ABSA authority to give me an overdraft again? I am here with ABSA!!! Worst bank ever
