Money disappearing from my bank account

I went to Tambotie Mall branch to stop a debit order that I was struggling to cancel with a certain company, as the company number goes to an overseas call center which never gets answered. The sales consultant indicated that they can't trace the debit order as it was not showing on their system. The transaction would show as declined then a decline fee would be charged,then it would reflect as uncleared in my app, the next day it doesn't show, however my balance shows that the amount has been deducted. The branch in Village square suggested that I change my card to no avail
