Money Disappearing from my account

On the 29th of September, I went to ABSA regarding the FlexiReserve on my Bond Account and I was told that I have R8 306.99. I couldn't access the money because there was a block for debt review that needed to be removed. I took the clearance certificate to the Midrand branch, on the 2nd of October 2018 and a lady by the name of Wilhelmina emailed the certificate to the relevant people and the account was unblocked on the 3rd of October 2018. today (4th of October I went to the branch to access my funds and in told that I have a zero balance on my FlexiReserve. I got there at 10:30 and left at 13:00 without answers as to what happened to the Flexireserve balance. the lady that was assisting me with this matter called more 20 people but still she did not get the answer. I want to know what happened to my money because I was directly paying between R3500 to R3000 a month instead of R2675.99.

On the 23re of November, I received a bond statement from your company and it showed that my monthly installment will be due on the 25th of November. Then I called ***so that they can change the due date to the last day of the month since I don’t get paid on the 25th and to let her know that I have already paid for November. To my surprise, the lady that answered the phone told me that she can't help me because my account is in arrears. Going back to my initial problem, see attached August statement showing that I had a Flexireserve of R10 980.00 and was told that the amount was capitalized to the account balance and my balance was R308 940.00. 1. why is my balance R305 176.00 after I have paid for August, September, October and November plus the Flexireserve amount? 2. Does your company have an investigation department? because I suspect that someone from ABSA is busy taking money from my account. 3. Why is my account in arrears when I have paid on the 15th of November? 4. What is the possibility of me receiving a detailed statement from September and up to date?
