Money disappeared, no help from ABSA whatsoever

I am utterly disappointed by the incompetence and lack of urgency from ABSA. I lost close to R20 000 in my account and I have tried to contact the ***** department to no avail. I have visited several branches trying to get assistance but I was told that it’s unfortunate because it is not reflecting on their side. I was informed that it’s because it’s December and there is nothing I can do. I was directed to authorisation for assistance, and after 10+ emails, I have not been assisted! This is utterly disgusting because I have entrusted this bank with my savings and all my means to survival. I have tried to request that my account is closed (as I was expecting a payment) and I was told that they cannot do that without authorisations. Now I must continue losing money due to this banks incompetency and lack of care for their customers. I will never ever recommend this bank to anyone ever and I request urgent assistance!
