Money deposited into ATM, and does not reflect on the account

This is really unexpectable , my friend deposited money into my savings account on the 4 of February 2019 still today it hasn't reflected ********** 886 ,she was given this ref number ********** ,today i decided to make a deposit of 400 and ATM also took my money and didn't go through to my account.....I need that money to be deposited into my account as soon as possible.... Absa should service their ATM.
